SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from TitanPricer (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Messages may include product updates, service alerts, onboarding/training reminders, and promotional content related to TitanPricer products and services.

2. Program Description & Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in (via web form, event sign-up, chat widget, or texting a keyword to our number), you consent to receive automated marketing and informational texts from TitanPricer. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Our SMS program may be delivered through approved messaging platforms (e.g., Brevo or comparable providers).

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any TitanPricer message. After you text STOP, you’ll receive one final confirmation text stating you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again via any enrollment method.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and preferences (e.g., onboarding vs. marketing). We strive to send no more than 2 messages per week unless service notifications or your usage require otherwise.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received, as provided in your mobile service plan. Contact your mobile carrier for pricing details.

6. Privacy

We do not share your mobile information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. Eligibility & Ownership of Number

You must be 18 years or older to use our SMS services. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder or have the account holder’s authorization to receive messages at the provided number.

8. Supported Carriers & Delivery

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier/network operator. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Coverage and performance may vary by carrier and location.

9. Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your contact details current. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you must promptly update your account or opt out to prevent messages from being sent to the wrong person.

10. Changes to Terms or Program

We may modify these Terms or the SMS program at any time. Updates will be posted at https://www.titanpricer.com/sms-terms with a revised Effective Date. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
